Goodwood Revival celebrates sustainable lifestyles by championing exceptional craftsmanship and the enduringly fabulous stories told by vintage treasures. ‘Revive & Thrive’ is the thoroughly modern message woven through the Revival landscape; a clever stitch with which the old is made new again, it runs through every carefully restored classic car and each beautifully preserved piece of clothing as it is passed from one generation to the next. Revival looks optimistically to the future and in 2024 introduced a mandate that all races be run on sustainable fuel – a landmark moment for historic motorsport. Built to last and carefully restored with ownership spanning generations, many of the cars in action at Revival are one-of-a-kind. The Revival grid has seen a collective worth of £850 million. While some cars of such value and historic significance are confined to museums, at Goodwood they do what they were built to do: race. The stakes are unfathomably high as these priceless vehicles hurtle around the circuit. Only at Goodwood can spectators get so close to these mechanical marvels, from Aston Martin project cars to lightweight Jaguar E-Types and even Ferrari 250 GTOs. Famous drivers from across the motorsport disciplines – including champions from F1, Indy, Le Mans, Touring cars and even NASCAR – come to Revival to compete and breathe new life into the history of racing
