An audience with Danny Care & Ugo Monye hosted by Tom Fordyce Join us for our annual summertime lunch with rugby legends Danny Care and Ugo Monye. Between them, they’ve played hundreds of games for Harlequins and England, and now they’ll be sharing stories and behind-the-scenes insights from their remarkable careers. From unforgettable matches to dressing-room antics, expect proper rugby chat, great food, and plenty of laughs. It’s the perfect Friday afternoon for entertaining clients, or just catching up with colleagues and friends, while hearing from two of the game’s most entertaining voices.
Danny Care- A dynamic scrum-half whose sharp instincts and blistering pace made him a crowd favourite. With over 100 England caps and a record 395 appearances for Harlequins, Danny was at the heart of Premiership and Six Nations triumphs. After hanging up his boots in 2025, he brought that same energy to punditry - continuing to inspire fans with the passion that defined his playing days.
Ugo Monye -Ugo was a thrilling winger for Harlequins and England. He earned 14 England caps and starred on the 2009 British & Irish Lions tour, scoring five tries - including a stunning 70 yard interception. A standout in sevens and Barbarians rugby, Ugo retired in 2015 and became a respected voice in the sport, bringing insight and charisma to broadcasting, podcasting, and rugby’s push for greater diversity.
